We've taken the plunge finally and bought the flights.
We leave NZ on the 27th of Feb 2007, and arrive in London on the 28th at 10:40am. Yay for 23 hours of flying (and waiting in LA for an hour and a half).
4 months of freedom! :-) is it too early to start packing?

Well, this is my second attempt... I typed a message and then found I had to sign-up - which I've just done reasonably easily (i.e. google required the details twice) but so far so good...

Hi Gav and Jen - Timez ticking by now.. Less than 100 Hours and you'll be on the plane waiting fo take off.. and finally be able to take a very big deep breath letting it all sink in... Wow! You're actually on your way.
Well done with all the plans and preparations - itz been a major task and we've been thrilled for you seeing it all come together.
